Hi, my name is
Yunting Zeng.
I design for people and
communities.
01.
About Me
I'm a human-centered designer:
I research how users behave, then analyze the motivations and root causes behind those behaviors , because lasting solutions address why people act, not just what they do. During my master's, I added another layer to this practice: studying how business models operate and how strategy is analyzed, which taught me to see each design within the larger system it lives in.
I also actively embrace new technology: AI now powers many of my workflows, but I hold one principle constant: technology empowers the design; the design serves people and communities.
I'm currently based in Boston, completing an MDes in Innovation Design.
A few things I work with:
▸
UX & UI Design
▸

▸

Hi, my name is
Yunting Zeng.
I design for people and
communities.
I'm a UX and service designer, and my work starts with people .
I study how people actually behave, then dig into the motivations and root causes beneath those behaviors. That understanding, paired with strategic thinking and AI-augmented workflows, shapes design that serves people and communities.
